hold me, thrill me, kiss me, kill me Lyrics - U2
Enjoy the best U2 song lyrics!
You don't know how you took it
You just know what you got
Oh Lordy you've been stealing
From the theives and you got caught
In the headlights
Of a stretch car
You're a star
Dressing like your sister
Living like a tart
They don't know what you're doing
Babe, it must be art
You're a headache
In a suitcase
You're a star
Oh no, don't be shy
You don't have to go blind
Hold me, thrill me, kiss me, kill me
You don't know how you got here
You just know you want out
Believing in yourself
Sing with the song of U2, Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me lyrics!Almost as much as you doubt
You're a big smash
You wear it like a rash
Star
Oh no, don't be shy
There's a crowd to cry
Hold me, thrill me, kiss me, kill me
They want you to be Jesus
They'll go down on one knee
But they'll want their money back
If you're alive at thirty-three
And you're turning tricks
With your crucifix
You're a star
(Oh child)
Of course you're not shy
You don't have to deny love
Hold me, thrill me, kiss me, kill me

After garnering a large fanbase worldwide as well as critical praise, U2's Bono lead them on a crusade around the world to fight injustices with their music and interviews. They hired music legends Daniel Lanois and Brian Eno to produce "The Joshua Tree" and "The Unforgettable Fire" albums which both sky-rocketed them onto the charts all over the world. After the 80s ended U2 re-invented themselves once again, this time adapting to the evergrowing electronic presence in popular music with "Achtung Baby". Incorporating elements of electronica into their rock construct, U2 created a new sound that was fresh and innovative. Bono and the band used their deservedly gained notoriety even more than ever expressing their opinoins on social matters on a global scale. Continiuing on into the 21st century, they are still as large and as powerful politically while still expressing themselves through the music that channels their passions.
