Name:	Kristoffer Garm Rygg, Tore Ylwizaker, Jørn H. Sværen
Profile:	Ulver, which originated from Norway, is a band that has changed style so many times, that you cannot say whether they are "metal" nor "folk". Formed in 1992 by Garm, Ulver was born out of the primitive Black Metal scene in their native country. Their songs contain atmosperes and moods of norse folklore and mythology combined with the raw old-school Black Metal sound. The first three albums were a trilogy containing Black Metal, interesting melodies and a mysterious atmosphere/ambient. Today the band has changed to a different style of music and barely has anything to do with the scene anymore. Ulver means "Wolves" in Norwegian.
