Jojo Hits Whistle Notes in ?Too Little Too Late?Jojo?s lead single ?Too Little Too Late? from her second album The High Road has been the most successful single of Jojo so far, which showcases the young performer?s capability of hitting notes in the whistle register.
Entertainment Weekly recently refers to Jojo in the review for her latest album as "a vocal phenomenon, capable of Mariah Carey-style upper register flourishes."
Jojoa little too late debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at #90. By its fifth week, Jojoa little too late moved from number sixty-six to number three, making a little too latejojo one of the biggest jumps in Billboard history, buoyed highly by digital sales of 121,000.
A little too latejojo single was released to iTunes on September 12, 2006 finding its way up to the top after its release to the music downloading giant.
Jojo little too late is her first single to make it to the top ten and top three of the Hot 100 chart.
The video for jojo a little to late premiered in the UK on October 14, 2006 on Kopooka Hot. The UK release of Jojo a little to late is slated on January 8, 2007. However, websites such as Top Of The Pops and HMV both say differently. HMV have the single release date at November 20 and TOTP at November 13. The song was added to Radio 1's playlist, under the C-list on 29th November.
JoJo first performed the jojo to little to late single on August 15th during the Miss Teen USA broadcast. She has also performed jojo to little to late on TRL, The Today Show, The Tonight Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The View, CD USA, The Megan Mullally Show, and Live with Regis and Kelly.
The single is featured on Now That's What I Call Music 23. It has been dubbed for Razor & Tie's Kidz Bop 11 and K-Tel's Mini Pop Kids collections.

However, many fans have admitted that JoJo's vocals are deeper and richer compared to songs from her debut album, and near the end she reaches an octave never previously heard on her recordings. JoJo's sophomore album, The High Road inspired by Meghan Brewer, was released on October 17, 2006. The album debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 behind Diddy's Press Play and Evanescence's The Open Door.
The album features productions by Scott Storch, Swizz Beatz, Jonathan "J.R." Rotem, Corey Williams, and Ryan Leslie. She has received mostly positive reviews for a solid sophomore album.
