2Pac Shakur is one of the biggest names in the legacy of the rap genre. Fame and success did not stop for 2Pac, despite his short 25 years in this world.

At an early age, Tupac developed a knack for poetry and art, with Leila Steinberg as his mentor. As early as high school, tupac shakur & reading list were quite synonymous already. The collaboration did not do much to thwart the rivalry that went on between the two rappers. In fact, they're one of the main founders of the Intercoastal wars. What's sad about this is that this ultimately led to the deaths of the two rappers and their record labels: Death Row for Tupac and Bad Boy for B.I.G. Rumors circled that Death Row was affiliated with the infamous gang Bloods, while Bad Boy was coined with the Crips as well. What Gang Was Tupac in could very well be the Bloods, although this is still being disputed. Nevertheless, the drive-by shooting of Tupac led to his death 6 days later. Six months later, B.I.G. was gunned down as well.
