Young Jeezy Mp3 Upholds Street Credibility

For Young Jeezy, making profit from his music is not a priority, what matters most to him as an artist is maintaining his street credibility.

Let's just say Young Jeezy is a street hustler with a heart. Born on September 28, 1977, Jay Jenkins grew up dealing drugs right after he dropped out of school spending most of his time with other crack dealers Gold Mouth and Mel Man.

Unfortunately, Mel Man and Gold Mouth got arrested and have since been serving federal time. The imprisonment of his friends somehow gave Young Jeezy the inspiration to write his songs and has even mentioned his friends in his tracks.

Thugz Entertainment at the same time doing PR works for Lil Wayne's Cash Money Records.

Mixtapes at that time were so popular in Atlanta that Young Jeezy dreaming of producing his own mixtapes, one of which is Tha Streetz is Watchin, which gave Young Jeezy his first taste of fame slowly forming his own fan base.

His next mixtape "Trap or Die" became so popular and Young Jeezy's potential to succeed in the music industry was eventually showing off.

Independently, Young Jeezy released Thuggin Under the Influence and Come Shop Wit Me, which featured a complete array of fresh tracks.

Young Jeezy's early performances include that of the gigs with Boyz N Da Hood, where he played a quarter of the group. However later, Young Jeezy I Do This HipHopRuckus decided he is better off as a solo artist and signed up a deal with Def Jam records and also under his own record label.

His debut album with Def Jams was Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101, which debuted at the second top spot with over 172,000 copies sold upon its release.

With his Young Jeezy mp3 and fame slowly etching his name in the annals of the music industry, Young Jeezy refused to commercialize his music as he is more concerned of maintaining his street credibility rather than the profit derived from his albums.

His second major album dubbed The Inspiration is also doing quite well on the charts peaking at number 10 on the Billboard Hot Rap Tracks and holds the 19th spot of the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Tracks.
