The Super Bowl XXXVIII 'wardrobe malfunction' incident continues to haunt Janet Jackson or her record sales for that matter, which as of the latest reports on her latest album, sales haven't been really that rosy.

Looking back three years ago during the Super Bowl 2004 halftime show, Justin Timberlake accidentally tore open Janet Jackson's wardrobe as he sang "Rock Your Body" incidentally exposing Janet Jackson boobs to more than one hundred million live audience.

At first, Janet Jackson made an apology referring to the incident as a "wardrobe malfunction" and nothing else promiscuous. However, in a later interview Janet Jackson said she regrets having made the apology which for her made her look guilty to the public.

Justin Timberlake on the other hand, made another public apology at the 2004 Grammy Awards, but Janet Jackson did otherwise and made no effort of ever again apologizing to anybody.

Although upcoming tours have been announced, the tour dates have yet to be finalized. However, with the current situation right now between Janet and her record label, doubts have surfaced if the tour will ever push through.

Rumor likewise has it that a new Janet Jackson mp3, probably a remix album or a Greatest Hits compilation of Janet Jackson, will be released simultaneously as she goes on tour.
