Brit rock has never been better! And with Coldplay on their side, Brit rock is definitely making an impact on the music scene worldwide!

The band's early pieces were frequently compared to those of Radiohead and Jeff Buckley. From the pop sound of A Rush of Blood to the Head, the band moved onto electronica with 2005's X&Y. The Coldplay fix you track off the album was welcomed with open arms by the public. And that was more or less the last that we saw of the band. Rumors of Coldplay disbanding were also fueled when Chris Martin said that the public wouldn't be seeing or hearing much of them for some years to come. But these rumors remain rumors.

That is, until now! The band has announced that they have a new album coming. And they even sent word out on the titles of some tracks that will be on it. No date of release has been given for the album yet. But you can be sure that this album will be worth the wait and anticipation.
