Fergie Stays Modest with Glamorous Life

Only a few are blessed of knowing that it was quite a tough road for Stacy "Fergie" Ferguson to get to where she is now.

Contrary to most belief that Fergie's fame happened in a snap as she luckily joined the Black Eyed Peas just as the group was heading its way up, in truth Fergie started out early in the entertainment industry and already had her share of positive and negative criticisms along the way before becoming the princess Fergie of the BEP.

However, all through those years of living the glamorous life, Fergie claims the glamour may have changed her way of life but it has not changed her as a person.

The third single "Glamorous" off the debut solo album of Fergie The Dutchess reflects the glamorous life that Fergie is leading and the lyrics clearly convey her attitude that the luxuries she have don't mean a thing, her family and friends are far more precious than the gold and diamond rings she has.

Also, through the same track, Fergie stresses that fame has not changed her and made sure to thank her fans for helping her achieve her dreams of living a glamorous life.

At the end of the song, Fergie addresses her fans with a sincere message of gratefulness narrating how from the start she thought her dreams of rocking the entertainment scene one day would forever linger only in her subconscious.

Let's backtrack a little, Fergie was a former member of the TV show Kids Incorporated and the all-girls band Wild Orchid. Prior to joining the BEP, Fergie went into rehab due to crystal methamphetamine addiction that was triggered by the fallout of her group Wild Orchid.

In 2003, Fergie replaced the former BEP backgrounder Kim Hill. After recording five songs with the BEP guys, she was invited to stick with the band for good. The ghetto-funk style of DJ Fergie helped the BEP get into the mainstream market quite rapidly.

And after two hit albums with the Black Eyed Peas, Fergie thought it was time to pursue her long time dream of having a solo album, she however promised not to leave the BEP instead vowed to double her efforts to accomplish her commitments to both.

Fergie's debut solo album spawned four hit songs London Bridge, Glamorous, Fergalicious, and Big Girls Don't Cry.

Fergie's London Bridge and Glamorous are certified number one singles, while Fergie's Fergalicious peaked at second place various charts.

Glamorous, which features Ludacris, became the second number one single for Fergie in the United States.

However, its chart placements was not as glamorous as it suffered a huge drop from the ninth place to the 33rd spot for reasons bared that the single's digital download was blocked by A&M records.

It eventually was re-released as a digital download and as expected, the single re-entered the Top 10 in the Billboard Hot 100.

Reports have it that Fergie ferg is set to release another hit song this year and this would be Fergie's Clumsy track, which as of now is still unconfirmed.

On the other hand, Fergie admitted having been into drugs and sex bender at the age of 18 adding that she had in fact been into a lesbian relationship and that she is a very sexual person.

Having said this, it comes as no surprise why Fergie took the 36th spot of the Maxim's Hot 100 Women of 2006 and searches for sexy and explicit pictures of Fergie including those Fergie in a thong and topless photos of Fergie are flooding the Internet.

The admission, however, was not needed as Fergie's tracks and lyrics which carries strong sexual connotations are already enough to tickle the fancy of Fergie fanatics.

Like for instance, the sexual interpretation of Fergie's London Bridge is a given owing to her attire in the video and the lyrics of Fergie.

Anyway, sexy or not, the appeal of Fergie mp3s to the fans and critics remains stronger than ever.
