Britney Spears recently got a spanking from her pa, Jamie Spears, in a form of a letter sent to the New York Post regarding Britney's post-rehab ungratefulness towards her manager.

Daddy Spears just couldn't take it anymore and felt the urge to go forward in defense to Britney's long-time manager Larry Rudolph after her daughter sarcastically made a statement about Rudolph's role in her rehabilitation.

Britney Spears fired Rudolph for allegedly masterminding her entry to the Malibu Promises treatment center, which Britney Spears thought was unnecessary and a waste of time.

In a recent interview, Britney Spears bared her disappointment against Rudolph and her rehab episode.

Britney Spears said, with a tone of sarcasm, that her management was damn right in sending her to rehab and she gives them a two thumbs up for it.

However, Jamie Spears was not happy about how her Toxic daughter acted towards her management and said her daughter's behavior is totally in bad shape.

In defense to Rudolph, daddy Spears said if it were not for Rudolph, Britney's life would have taken a totally different course and from that downward spiral that her life went, going back up would be impossible if she were left to decide on her own.

Before being sent to the Malibu Promises treatment center, Britney Spears was into heavy partying with Paris Hilton hopping from one club to another drunk and in overly exposed wardrobes.

Britney Spears shocked the world with her no panties partying and more so when she shaved off all her hair and with a bald head, she went off to a tattoo shop to get more ink on her body. The people who witnessed Britney's actions at the salon and at the tattoo shop said they saw a very huge star at the brink of losing it.

Indeed, Britney Spears pictures spread all over the Internet showed a very different Britney, a Britney that was close to getting crazy.

And that was it! Jamie spears said sending Britney Spears to rehab was the decision of her family and a team of professionals behind Britney's fame including Larry Rudolph.

Rudolph was tasked by the team to talk to Britney to go into rehab because they felt it was the right thing to do as Britney Spears was becoming out of control.

However, Britney poured out all her disgust to what Rudolph has done for her and fired him off the management team.

With this, the Spears family apologized to Rudolph for Britney's actions and that they will be forever grateful to him. Jamie said Britney Spears doesn't seem to realize how lucky she is for having people like Rudolph who cared for her.

But it isn't so for Britney. Now, what has Britney Spears got to say about her father? Well, Britney Spears got a ready answer for it saying her father's action is a product of a poor paternal bond adding that she never really had good relationship with her father.

The Oops! singer said being overprotected by the people around her is what's driving her crazy.

Recent news have it that after completing rehab at the Promises, Britney Spears is now working hard to get back in shape and reportedly spending $130,000 to get her body back to pre-pregnancy form.

Britney Spears slimdown efforts to take off all the post-baby fats include a 24-week LipoDissolve injections at $1,500 per shot, $16,000 for lipo on stomach, back and love handles, $8,000 on breast lift, $6,000 for brachioplasty, and $12,000 for lower body lift.

Meanwhile, the producers of her upcoming album hopes Britney Spears will be able to pull it through this time and that she seems stronger now after her stint in rehab.
